Who you are dealing with

NFT3D.ai is operated by an individual maker, not a registered company. There is no support desk behind it — one person reads every message. The operator can be reached at workshop@nft3d.ai and replies within 2 business days.

How ordering and payment work

We do not capture payment on this site. The sequence is:

1. You place an order, or accept a quote. That creates a real order record with a number you can track, and it is an offer to buy — not yet a concluded contract.
2. We check the piece is printable and email you to settle. For a quote, that check is part of pricing it. Payment is arranged directly with you; nothing is charged automatically and we never ask for card details through this website.
3. A contract forms when we confirm your paid order. Production starts then, and the terms below apply to it in full.

If we cannot make your piece, or you decide not to proceed before paying, the order simply lapses and you owe nothing.

The AI generation itself is real: models are produced by a real GPU service and cost real money to run, which is why rate limits apply.

What NFT3D.ai is

NFT3D.ai is a custom manufacturing service. You supply digital artwork — by connecting a wallet, browsing a public wallet address, or uploading an image — and we have a physical object made from it: 3D-printed or, for cast metal, cast from a 3D print. We are not a marketplace, a wallet, an exchange, or a financial service, and we never mint, transfer, or custody any blockchain token.

Your piece is made by one of our manufacturing partners, then inspected and photographed at our studio before it ships to you. The partner that prices or makes your piece receives the 3D model and the engraving text only. Your piece is shipped to our studio first, so partners never receive your name or address. The partners are listed in our Privacy Policy.

You can add an engraved base to an order. Its front carries words you choose; for wallet imports, unless you switch it off, its back and side carry the source contract address and the token ID — a factual record of where the artwork came from — and the remaining side carries the serial number of your piece. It is an optional extra, priced at checkout, and it is not a token or a security.

You confirm you have the right to the words you ask us to engrave. We may decline text that is offensive, infringing or impersonates someone, and refund the engraving.

Acceptance of terms

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your artwork and your responsibility

You may only print artwork you have the right to reproduce physically. Holding an NFT does not automatically grant merchandising rights — those depend on the licence attached to the collection.

Checkout asks you to tick a box confirming that you have the right to reproduce the artwork and agreeing that the model file is sent to our manufacturing partner to be printed. Requesting a quote and accepting one ask the same, and none of them can go ahead without it. By ticking it you warrant that:

• you own or control the rights needed to make a physical reproduction of the artwork, or have the rights holder's permission;
• your use of our service does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights; and
• you agree to the 3D model made from the artwork being sent to our manufacturing partners to price and make your piece.

You keep all rights to your artwork. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and reproduce it solely to produce your order or price your quote (including generating the 3D model, having the piece priced and made by our manufacturing partners, quality-control photography, and customer support), and to pass the model to those partners for that purpose only. We may refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights or is unlawful; refused orders are refunded in full.

AI-generated models

The 3D model is produced by AI from a 2D image. It is an interpretation, not an exact replica: geometry on unseen sides is inferred, and fine detail may differ from the source. You can regenerate the model or switch engines free of charge before ordering, and you approve QC photographs of the physical piece before it ships. Fair-use rate limits apply to AI generation to keep the free tier available to everyone.

Orders, pricing, and tax

Prices are shown in USD. A standard price is the price of the item itself; shipping, where it applies, is shown separately at checkout. A quoted price also covers tracked shipping (see Quotes below).

Displayed and quoted prices exclude any sales tax, VAT, GST, or equivalent that may be due where you live, and nothing of that kind is calculated or added at checkout. International orders may attract import duties and taxes on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility — see Shipping & returns.

Any cryptocurrency figure displayed is an indicative conversion at a reference rate, not a quote. An order is accepted when we issue an order number. We re-verify all prices server-side — the price shown at checkout for your configuration is the price of record; for a piece made to quote, it is the price on the quote you accepted.

Quotes

Some pieces — currently full-color, cast metal, and premium resin at 18 cm — are made to quote rather than sold at a list price. For a quote:

• Asking is free and commits you to nothing. We reply with a firm price, or the reason we can't make the piece, within 5 business days. We may decline to quote a piece, for example one that cannot be made well in the material or size asked for.
• The quoted price is all-in: the piece as specified, the engraved base if you chose one, and tracked shipping to the country on the quote. Sales tax, VAT, and import duties at your end are not included, as with any order.
• A quote is valid for at least 14 days from the day we send it, through the end of the date shown on the quote wherever you are. We may extend that date but never shorten it. After that it expires, and you can ask for a fresh one, which may be priced differently.
• The lead time on a quote is an estimate, not a guarantee. It counts from cleared payment, and the time we wait for your photo approval sits on top.
• Nothing is charged until you accept and pay. Accepting creates an order at the quoted price, shipped to the country on the quote — a different destination needs a new quote. That order is then covered by these Terms like any other: we email you to pay, the piece is made, and you approve its photos before it ships.
• A quote covers one piece. To price it, the 3D model goes to a manufacturing partner before you accept, under the same rule as an order: the model and the engraving text only.

Production, QC approval, and shipping

Custom items are made to order by our manufacturing partners. Each piece is shipped to our studio, where we inspect and photograph it and ask you to approve the photos (or request changes) before dispatch. Nothing ships until you approve the photos. Once you approve, the piece ships from our studio with tracked delivery.

Expect about 2–3 weeks from cleared payment to delivery in the US, 3–4 weeks elsewhere: our production partner makes the piece and sends it to our studio, we inspect and photograph it, then it travels to you tracked. The clock starts when your payment clears — not when you place the order, which happens before we have invoiced you — and it pauses while we wait for you to approve the photos, so that wait is not counted in it. A piece made to quote carries its own lead time on the quote. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Your order page is the source of truth — bookmark it and keep your order number. That page is where the current stage, the QC photos, and the tracking number appear, and it is authoritative if anything else disagrees with it. When the piece arrives, tell us with the I've received it button there.

We do also send transactional email as your order moves: a confirmation when we receive it, when payment is due, when payment is received, when your piece goes into production, when its photos are ready for your approval, when the piece ships, if the order is cancelled or refunded, and if we ever have to approve the photos on your behalf. If you ask for a quote, we email you when we receive the request, when the price is ready, and if we can't make the piece. Those messages are a convenience, not the record — email can be delayed, filtered, or lost — so check the order page rather than waiting for a message. We never ask for card details by email, and we do not send marketing email.

Accounts

An account is optional for ordering. If you create one, keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: violate applicable law; submit artwork you have no right to reproduce; upload malicious files; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape, overload, or disrupt the service; or circumvent rate limits.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, email workshop@nft3d.ai first — nearly everything is faster to fix directly, and we will engage in good faith to resolve a complaint before either side escalates it.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of an order placed through this site, are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the Cayman Islands have jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved directly.

Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country where you live, or of your right to bring a claim before the courts that consumer law makes available to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be described on this page. The update of 28 September 2026 added our manufacturing partners, the artwork-rights box at checkout, quotes, and the new delivery times. We don't announce changes by email — order and quote email only ever covers your own order or quote — so check back here if it matters to you.
