Terms of Service
The terms for using NFT3D.ai and ordering custom 3D-printed collectibles.
Last updated: Jul 29, 2026
Who you are dealing with
NFT3D.ai is operated by an individual maker, not a registered company. There is no support desk behind it — one person reads every message. The operator can be reached at workshop@nft3d.ai and replies within 2 business days.
How ordering and payment work
We do not capture payment on this site. The sequence is:
- You place an order. That creates a real order record with a number you can track, and it is an offer to buy — not yet a concluded contract.
- We check the piece is printable and email you to settle. Payment is arranged directly with you; nothing is charged automatically and we never ask for card details through this website.
- A contract forms when we confirm your paid order. Production starts then, and the terms below apply to it in full.
If we cannot print your piece, or you decide not to proceed before paying, the order simply lapses and you owe nothing.
The AI generation itself is real: models are produced by a real GPU service and cost real money to run, which is why rate limits apply.
What NFT3D.ai is
NFT3D.ai is a custom manufacturing service. You supply digital artwork — by connecting a wallet, browsing a public wallet address, or uploading an image — and we produce a physical, hand-finished 3D-printed object from it. We are not a marketplace, a wallet, an exchange, or a financial service, and we never mint, transfer, or custody any blockchain token.
You can add an engraved base plaque to an order. For wallet imports it is cut with the source contract address, the token ID, and the serial number of your piece — a factual record of where the artwork came from. It is an optional extra, priced at checkout, and it is not a token or a security.
Acceptance of terms
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your artwork and your responsibility
You may only print artwork you have the right to reproduce physically. Holding an NFT does not automatically grant merchandising rights — those depend on the licence attached to the collection. By placing an order you confirm that:
- you own or control the rights needed to make a physical reproduction of the artwork, or have the rights holder's permission; and
- your use of our service does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
You keep all rights to your artwork. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and reproduce it solely to produce your order (including generating the 3D model, printing, quality-control photography, and customer support). See the IP & ownership policy for details, including how we handle takedown requests.
We may refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights or is unlawful; refused orders are refunded in full.
AI-generated models
The 3D model is produced by AI from a 2D image. It is an interpretation, not an exact replica: geometry on unseen sides is inferred, and fine detail may differ from the source. You can regenerate the model or switch engines free of charge before ordering, and you approve QC photographs of the physical piece before it ships. Fair-use rate limits apply to AI generation to keep the free tier available to everyone.
Orders, pricing, and tax
Prices are shown in USD and are the price of the item itself. Shipping, where it applies, is shown separately at checkout.
Displayed prices exclude any sales tax, VAT, GST, or equivalent that may be due where you live, and nothing of that kind is calculated or added at checkout. International orders may attract import duties and taxes on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility — see Shipping & returns.
Any cryptocurrency figure displayed is an indicative conversion at a reference rate, not a quote. An order is accepted when we issue an order number. We re-verify all prices server-side — the price shown at checkout for your configuration is the price of record.
Production, QC approval, and shipping
Custom items are made to order. After printing we photograph your piece and ask you to approve the photos (or request changes) before dispatch. Once you approve, the piece ships with tracked delivery. Counting production and transit together, expect roughly 9–14 days from order to delivery. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Your order page is the source of truth — bookmark it and keep your order number. That page is where the current stage, the QC photos, and the tracking number appear, and it is authoritative if anything else disagrees with it.
We do also send transactional email about your order, at four points: when payment is due, when QC photos are ready for your approval, when the piece ships, and if the order is cancelled. Those messages are a convenience, not the record — email can be delayed, filtered, or lost — so check the order page rather than waiting for a message. We never ask for card details by email, and we do not send marketing email.
See Shipping & returns for timelines, cancellation, your statutory right of withdrawal and the custom-goods exception to it, and how damaged or defective pieces are handled.
Accounts
An account is optional for ordering. If you create one, keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: violate applicable law; submit artwork you have no right to reproduce; upload malicious files; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape, overload, or disrupt the service; or circumvent rate limits.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, email workshop@nft3d.ai first — nearly everything is faster to fix directly, and we will engage in good faith to resolve a complaint before either side escalates it.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of an order placed through this site, are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the Cayman Islands have jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved directly.
Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country where you live, or of your right to bring a claim before the courts that consumer law makes available to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be described on this page. We don't announce them by email — order email only ever covers your own order — so check back here if it matters to you.
