Shipping & Returns

Production time

Every piece is printed to order. Typical production is 2–4 business days: printing (12–48 hours of machine time depending on material and size), curing, hand-finishing, and QC photography.

Your approval gates dispatch. When QC photos are ready we ask you to approve them on your order-tracking page. Nothing ships until you approve — if something looks off, request changes and the piece goes back to the printer at no charge.

Shipping

• Cost: free worldwide on orders of $79 or more; otherwise a flat $9.
• Method: tracked shipping on every order. The tracking number appears on your order page as soon as the piece dispatches.
• Transit estimates: most orders arrive within 7–10 days of approval; remote destinations can take longer. Estimates are not guarantees.
• Customs & import duties: international orders may incur local import charges, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Damaged or defective pieces

If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email workshop@nft3d.ai within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reprint it or refund it — your choice. You don't need to ship the damaged piece back unless we ask.

Change-of-mind returns

Each print is a one-off custom object made from artwork you supplied, so we can't restock it. For that reason we don't accept change-of-mind returns once production has started — that's also why we put QC photo approval in front of every dispatch. If you approved the photos but are still unhappy with what arrived, contact us: if the piece doesn't match the approved photos, that's on us and we'll make it right.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before the order enters printing. Email the workshop with your order number as soon as possible; once printing has started the material is committed.
