Your artwork stays yours

Uploading an image or importing an NFT grants us no ownership of the artwork. We receive only the limited licence needed to produce your order: storing the image, generating a 3D model from it, printing the object, photographing it for QC, and keeping an order record.

The physical print is yours

You own the physical object we ship you, its engraved base plaque, and its Proof-of-Print Certificate. The certificate documents the print — edition number, source artwork identity, and production details. It is not a blockchain token, and buying a print transfers no copyright in the underlying artwork.

Owning an NFT ≠ owning merchandising rights

What you may do with an NFT's artwork is set by the licence its creator attached to the collection — some allow full commercial use, some personal use only, some almost nothing. It is your responsibility to check the collection's licence before printing. By ordering you confirm you hold the rights (or permission) to make a physical reproduction.

What we engrave

For wallet imports we engrave the piece's real provenance — source contract address, token ID, and serial number — into the base plaque. This is a factual record of where the artwork came from; it is not an endorsement by, or affiliation with, the collection's creators.

Takedowns and disputes

If you believe a print order infringes your rights, email workshop@nft3d.ai with: identification of the work, the allegedly infringing artwork or order, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We review promptly, pause affected orders while we investigate, and cancel (with refund to the buyer) orders we reasonably believe infringe. Repeat infringers are barred from the service.

Our brand

The NFT3D.ai name, logo, and site design are ours. Don't use them to imply affiliation without written permission.
