For order questions, include your 5-digit order number (it's on your order-tracking page) so we can find your piece immediately.
Order status
You don't need to email for status — your order-tracking page shows the live stage (confirmed → printing → QC → shipped), QC photos when they're ready, and your tracking number after dispatch.
QC changes
The fastest way to request a change to your print is the Request changes button on your order-tracking page once QC photos are up — it goes straight to the printer queue with your note attached.
