Who you're writing to

NFT3D.ai is run by an individual maker, not a company — one person reads everything that comes in, by email or through your account. There is no phone line. Expect a reply within 2 business days; privacy and rights requests are answered within 30 days at the latest, and usually much sooner.

Email

workshop@nft3d.ai — one inbox for everything: order questions, quotes, shipping, QC changes, cancellations, rights/takedown requests, privacy requests, press, and partnerships.

For order questions, include your 5-digit order number (it's on your order-tracking page) so we can find your piece immediately. For a quote, include your quote number — a Q followed by five digits.

From your account

Signed in, you can also write from the Support tab of your account. Pick the order the message is about, and the whole conversation stays there with it — we reply in the same thread, and email you when we do if your account has an email address.

Order status

You don't need to email for status — your order-tracking page shows the live stage (order received → in production → inspection & photos → approved → shipped → delivered), the photos of your piece when they're ready, and your tracking number after dispatch. When the parcel arrives, press I've received it there. We do email you as an order moves, but a message can be delayed or filtered and that page never is, so save your order number and bookmark that page — it's how you find your order again.

A quote has its own page too, linked from our emails about it and saved in your browser — and in your account, if you were signed in when you asked. It shows where the quote stands, and it is where you accept or decline it.

QC changes

The fastest way to request a change to your print is the Request changes button on your order-tracking page once the photos are up — it comes straight to us with your note attached, and we rework the piece at our studio or have our production partner remake it, at no charge.
