Who owns the print?

You do. We print artwork you hold rights to — the piece and its engraved plaque belong to you.

What if I don't like the model?

Regenerate free before printing, and approve QC photos before dispatch. Not right? We reprint or refund.

How long does it take?

~2 minutes to a 3D model, then 2–4 working days in production and 7–10 days in tracked transit once you approve the QC photos — about 9–14 days end to end.

How do I pay?

Place your order first — we check the mesh is printable, then email you to settle. Printing starts after payment, and you approve QC photos before it ships.
